Ingredients
Method
Cut the layers
- Cut the cheese and deli meat into rounds slightly smaller than the crackers using a small biscuit cutter or knife.
- Set the cut cheese and deli meat pieces on a plate so they’re ready to stack.
Build the cracker stacks
- Stack each cracker with a slice of cheese, a slice of meat, and 1-2 pieces of pepperoni.
- Repeat until all the crackers are stacked.
- Secure with a toothpick if desired for easy handling.
Pack or serve
- Arrange the stacks on a platter or pack into lunchbox containers.
Notes
Pro tip: make your cheese and deli meat rounds just a touch smaller than the crackers so the stack stays neat and doesn’t slide. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freezing isn’t recommended because crackers can soften after thawing. Dietary swap: use deli turkey/ham that’s lower-sodium if you want a lighter option.
