Method
Prep the pan
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper to create an easy lift-out for slicing.
Melt the base
- Add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds, then look for the edges to begin melting.
- Stir well, then microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again until fully melted and smooth with no visible chocolate lumps.
Stir in pumpkin flavor
- Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice, stirring very well until evenly combined and glossy.
Set and slice
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula so it reaches the corners.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until fully set to the touch.
- Slice into small squares before serving for clean edges and portion-ready servings.
Notes
For the smoothest fudge, microwave in short bursts and stir thoroughly between rounds so the white chocolate fully melts before adding the pumpkin puree. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Freeze in a sealed container for up to 2 months, thaw overnight in the fridge. For a dairy-reduced option, use dairy-free white chocolate chips and a sweetened condensed milk-style substitute formulated for melting.
