Notes

Pro tip: Granny Smith apples keep their shape and add a tart contrast to the sweet cream cheese base. For best texture, bake chips the day you serve them; store baked chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freezer: no (chips soften after thawing). Dietary swap: use light cream cheese to lower calories without changing the method.
